BUYER BEWARE. We refinanced with this group in September of 2019. They were amazing up front and very helpful through closing. We decided to refinance as a lower payment was offered. Fast forward to May of 2020 when we get a letter informing us our escrow was not just underfunded....but WAAAAAY underfunded. A review of our records showed that our previous mortgage holder was taking a more appropriate escrow amount and that our "lower payment" offered through BOK was really just underfunding the escrow for seven months.
