Wow this bank as a whole is ridiculous. $6.50 fee to cash a check that is issued by their own institution. Do not support this company or this location.
Recently opened a HELOC at BOK. Absolute fiasco from the beginning. Despite the closing being scheduled two weeks out, the person scheduled to close the loan simply didn't show up for work. The person who kindly volunteered to do so admittedly had not done one for many months. We were given temporary checks (counter checks) and told we could write them to draw funds from the HELOC. Stay away from this bank. It is a mess. They are full of very young people who work from home. Not a place to bank if you are serious business.
