This was an amazing place to rent a bike once we realized it was a trailer in a parking lot and not an actual store. Kim was awesome and gave great directions to get us to the trail. The trail was beyond expectations and the bikes were great too!!!
I had a different experience, unfortunately. But, Sandy from Bojebikes was awesome. I came with a friend, and Sandy met us at the starting place, and showed us how to use the bikes, and gave us a trail map, as well as helmets. We took off in a nearby neighborhood to practice a bit, as neither of us had ridden in years. Unfortunately, my friend fell off her bike and was injured badly enough that she not only could not continue, but had to be taken to the hospital. No fault of the bikes, no fault of Sandy. Wife and I rented a couple bikes and had a great time biking around West Lake Okoboji and the lake neighborhoods, would highly recommend!
Sandy was a gem. She prepared us well with good instructions. The bikes worked great. What a splendid day! Thank you!
What a great company to do business with. Owners Sandy and Kim are delightful, engaging and super helpful. Definitely adding this to our annual trip to boji!
