I had a different experience, unfortunately. But, Sandy from Bojebikes was awesome. I came with a friend, and Sandy met us at the starting place, and showed us how to use the bikes, and gave us a trail map, as well as helmets. We took off in a nearby neighborhood to practice a bit, as neither of us had ridden in years. Wife and I rented a couple bikes and had a great time biking around West Lake Okoboji and the lake neighborhoods, would highly recommend!

3 Old Ladies: What a great experience! Wonderful to rent from. We were new to E Bikes so they took their time explaining how the bikes worked. He even let us try it in parking lot before renting to make sure we were comfortable before riding. Best service around. Bikes were like new, in great shape and fit them to our heights.
