Boise State’s parking system is a giant scam. Thank God I’m done with school and never have to deal with them again. I got a ticket one minute after my paid parking expired—even though I was literally running through the parking garage yelling at the guy that I was there. He said, “Sorry, I already printed the ticket,” and told me I could file an appeal for the $85 fine I submitted an appeal, only for it to be denied with no explanation. Talked to Ryan today and he was not helpful at all! He couldn't help me with any parking services and appeals. Calling talking to anyone at parking services doesn't do anything, they are all there to redirect questions to lead you nowhere.
Been at Boise State for 4.5 years as a student and employee. They overcharge, fine heavily, provide poor customer service and don't survey accurately to provide accurate parking supply for people at boise state. They have removed almost all street parking to pad boise state so they can buy new turf for the football field. Terriblely run department that gouges students trying to get a degree to better themselves. Will be happy to never deal with them again.
They are scam, Boise state's one of the biggest business is parking.
