Boise airport economy parking lot shuttle has no air conditioning. It was 100 degrees outside and the van was blazing hot and uncomfortable.
They never came to pick us up at the airport! We were stranded at the airport after our flight landed after midnight! Luckily a Taxi happened to show up! We won't recommend this company to travelers.
Just had shuttle 121 almost run me off the road. When I called the company the mailbox was full so I couldn't leave feedback for the owners to address the situation and their driver.
Always on time !
Awesome ! Senada texted us with the ETA, showed up right on time and very courteous drive to the airport, will definitely use again, highly recommend this service.
