I hired this company to help with my custody modification paperwork. They prepared and filed the initial documents, and the other party was successfully served. After no response was filed, I was told that the default paperwork was included in the fee I had already paid and that they would send me the documents to sign and file in mid June. I am leaving them 3 stars instead of 1 or 2 because their customer service was really good and they were very responsive. Unfortunately the forms they gave me had issues and weren’t fileable. To be fair it was a new custody case so it was relatively complicated so maybe they would be better for divorce or a simple custody modification. I ended up just having to create the forms myself and I was $324 down.
A fantastic group of people! Very grateful for everything they did for us. I would use again and definitely recommend!!!
