I have loved working with John and discussing predictive patterns and working on my own that need tweaking to help me show up better in my life the way i want to. What i have loved is to watch myself in situations and see me act differently than I used to. It feels awesome to pat yourself on the back and say "wow, you handled that really well!" I highly recommend his services if you are looking to overcome a bad habit, stop believing a lie about yourself and create a better future.

I had a lifelong fear of water and my three hypnotherapy sessions sessions with John were life changing. I put my hypnotherapy work to the test on a rafting trip this summer. I pinned my boat sideways on a rock in a rapid and then it flipped, tossing me in to the river. I was calm the whole time - tried to get the boat to move off the rock first, then popped right up after I was in the water. I calmly grabbed my boat and swam it to shore. I chewed tobacco for 26 years. I was extremely motivated to quit my addiction and called John on a Friday afternoon to chat about hypotherapy. He reached out to me that wkd even though his office was closed. We set up a plan and an appt. My last dip was on the drive to hypnotherapy with John almost 4 months ago. Feels so damn good to be free from that addiction. Thank you John.
