Horrible.... – I've been doing business with them for years and this month I experienced car problems which needed to be dealt with immediately.. forcing me to be 9 days late with my payment. I called and explained the situation and they wanted me to try and borrow money from someone, which wasn't an option. I was also told they HAD to have a payment before the date I could bring it... again, not an option.
