I was charged for almost 2 weeks that I did not have my bins and I tried disputing the charge, but City of Boise said that I was responsible for all days forward after the order was called in. I am paying for a service that I didn’t have for about 2 weeks. Somehow I’m responsible for paying for a service that I didn’t have. Government theft at it again.
Apparently they will only do one credit check per household, which is not what the first person we spoke with told us. Now they refuse to check my credit and are requiring a ridiculously high deposit, which I cannot afford, causing us to be in trouble with our landlord because we can't put the utility in our name. They are refusing to work with us.
