Why are they even prosecuting the Samson Allen case, bro did nothing wrong and did NOT resist arrest, and police walked up to him and BODY-SLAMMED him on the ground. Then these darlings at the Boise City Attorney’s office are prosecuting the kid for “resisting arrest and obstructing.” Bro did neither of those crimes. Prosecuting this is a sham. They lied to me for 6 months that they were helping me out and then called one day and said they can't help. This was for a court case where we were the victim but they just dismissed restitution for us and had the defendant only pay the government fees. All they care about is themselves and not the people. Government at its best...
