Utterly disappointed. Worked with Don while my marriage was crumbling and when I reached out to him in desperation for individual help, he completely ghosted me. No response whatsoever. No out of office email, no response from his assistant, nothing. So if you are looking for someone who you can trust to help you when you need it most, Don is NOT the therapist for you.
