I paid a deposit for two dog beds but later realised they weren’t suitable for my dog due to their size. I reached out to the owner to request a refund, but she refused. To resolve the issue amicably, I offered to purchase two other items from her store, totaling less than the deposit amount, including postage. Unfortunately, she ignored all further communication. I brought something from this store and the owner was very rude. It was very low quality and not what I expected, when I tried to bring this to her attention she was extremely rude and ignored me. For a small business I would have hoped for some more compassion. Won’t be buying from here again.
