Caucasian female working 31/08 was hostile. No greetings or pleasantries, no eye contact, no "Hi can I help you? Are you looking for anything?" Avoid! Can imagine how bad the after sales service will be given the atrocious pre sales service. Messy showroom so some help would've been good. Unfortunately, it was a missed sale for her. Messy showroom.
Bought an absolutely lovely expanding round table here and four chairs. The staff / owner was super helpful with that process, bringing over multiple chairs for me to try out and check which looked the best and offering suggestions for what I should consider. They were also great with the delivery process - I had two separate deliveries, one for the table and one for the chairs since they needed to be put together and finished first. I got a great couch at a good price. Delivered promptly with no issues. Several people have slept on it and said it’s great!
If you have a taste for not so bright furniture and looking for quality, I would highly recommend this place. And the outstanding customer service by John and Gauri would be icing on the top for your experience here. Very nice people to talk to. Would definitely buy again.
