Completely terrible customer service and awful company. Their website states that they offer “Free Shipping Over $150.” I had far more than that in my cart, around $300, yet they was still charging me for shipping which is twenty dollars! I figured it was a website glitch and followed up with them. They were so unbelievably rude. I bought collectable dolls from this company and they took them out of the box making them worthless. When I emailed them to let them know they were extremely rude and the only thing they offered me was a return which wouldn’t work because their postage is worth more than the dolls themselves. I even contacted the dolls original maker and they said there should be boxes. BEWARE, you will not receive your items on time or in one package. Several issues and would not recommend shopping here to anyone. So many other places who are honest and will make sure you receive everything. I used to trust shopping small but to be honest, they are the hardest to work with. Never again.
