It's a nice place to shoot, but other people refuse to not litter. It is each shooters responsibility to clean up after themselves. It's impossible to keep clean due to the abundance of lazy individuals without any morals or consideration for others. I personally feel like someone should be present to fine each individual $2000 for leaving anything behind that wasn't present when they got there.
