Have done business with them for 13 years, since I’ve been old enough to file taxes and was never dissatisfied with their service until today. Wasn’t even upset last year when they were too busy to get us scheduled in the time frame we needed. But this year we attempt to return and upon my wife calling in a couple weeks ago she was told since we didn’t use them last year we could not schedule an appointment.
