Amazing company!! We are a Pet Crematory and absolutely LOVE the selection of urns, boxes and jewelry that Bogati offers. They are fantastic to work with and our orders are always fulfilled quickly. Any time I've had a question on product availability, customer service replies right away and anyone I've dealt with is always very kind, helpful and they have always gone the extra mile. I highly recommend Bogati, I'm so glad I found them as our supplier.
The only reason I gave them one star is I had to in order to leave my review. After reading the above review from a former employee, I understand the terrible customer service! The product quality is completely unacceptable. I understand what they order is shipped in shipping containers from China/India. Thier cost is pennies for the quantity they order. Andrea and her team provide exemplary service and I can't recommend them enough for fair prices, beautiful unique designs that families love. I've worked with Bogati for years and encourage funeral homes set up an account if they haven't already.
