I have been here multiple times, bout a few reptiles from Lori and have never had a bad experience at all. This store takes pride in customer service and all of their pets! If you are looking for something that they do not have, definitely talk to Lori as chances are she can get it! Highly recommend!
What an awesome experience! We were visiting from out of state and stumbled across this store. The owner is so knowledgeable and friendly. The kids got to learn about sun conures, get their pictures taken with one, and they got a coupon for a free ice cream next door. We had so much fun exploring all the animals and talking to the parrots. Definitely stop by if you're in the area!
You won't find a nicer, more animal oriented and very knowledgeable business woman in the area. Lori has always been animals first, people second. From gold fish to beautiful exotic birds, they are all her top priority and within a few minutes of speaking with her, you can see it. Her prices are hard to beat and she is always more than fair. Always support your local small businesses. They are a cornerstone of America.
Owner is knowledgeable and passionate about animals. She helped us choose the perfect bird companion. We’ve already come back multiple times for feeders and to see the animals in the store.
Interacting with Lori, the store owner has been such a great experience. I started out with contacting her about Degus and really liked how she explained things and made me feel comfortable to drive a couple hours from home to choose our new little furry friends. I read that she would do 10% off if my child would write a 2 page paper on how to care for a Degu.
