Owner is knowledgeable and passionate about animals. She helped us choose the perfect bird companion. We’ve already come back multiple times for feeders and to see the animals in the store.
She has completely gone down hill from her previous shop, animals like crested geckos and leopard geckos losing their tails, look skinny and malnourished. Fish tanks dirty, lots with algae in them. Floor nasty, opened the fridge to get some mealworms all were dead, dead full sized bunny’s and guinea pigs in the bottom. PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!!!!!
Not sure how this shop is still open. Dirty, cramped cages. Fish swimming in cloudy water. Birds ripping their feathers out. Dirty water bowls. Critters with injuries, sores, or worse. Visit at your own risk 💔
Interacting with Lori, the store owner has been such a great experience. I started out with contacting her about Degus and really liked how she explained things and made me feel comfortable to drive a couple hours from home to choose our new little furry friends. I read that she would do 10% off if my child would write a 2 page paper on how to care for a Degu. What an awesome experience! We were visiting from out of state and stumbled across this store. The owner is so knowledgeable and friendly. The kids got to learn about sun conures, get their pictures taken with one, and they got a coupon for a free ice cream next door. We had so much fun exploring all the animals and talking to the parrots. Definitely stop by if you're in the area!
