VERY BAD customer service I called to request an appointment and receptionist had a attitude Not ready to hear the Need for the call
While, I did receive some solid financial advice from Jimmy. They didn't take ownership of their mistake regarding my refund and I don't feel they had my best interests at heart overall. When I realized their mistake, the front office told me I should have caught it before signing. This was during Covid-19 and a plexiglass was not put up so I decided since I couldn't switch my glasses to the reading glasses without removing my face shield, to trust what we discussed and decided I would look over the documents more thoroughly... read more
