Their customer service is excellent. My dad bought a left chair and had to have a part replace. They were so nice about and quick to get to his home to replace the part.

You will not find any better service anywhere then at Boeckman's Furniture. Jamie and her ladies are the most friendly and helpful you will find. They let you look around on your own when you want but are there to help at the snap of your fingers. Just exceptional and pleasant people to deal with just like Jamie's mother Dottie was when she used to help me when I first went to Boeckman's. Go see the ladies and you'll be glad you did! P.S. the delivery guys were great to deal with also.
