Selena is amazing! She listens to all of your concerns and is so knowledgeable and caring. She is the best sports massage therapist around! I’ve been going to her for over 4 years and have referred all my family and friends to her.
Selena is a genius who cares. Her understanding of the human body and body mechanics is hard to find. She not only helps you feel better, but teaches you why and how to keep improving. I highly recommend anyone dealing with an injury or persistent ache or pain give her a try. You won't find anyone else with her credentials, experience, and knowledge in this area. She has helped me overcome two injuries that physical therapy, chiropractors, and traditional doctors could not.
Selena is a fantastic sports massage therapist. I've been going to her for 5+ years. Lots of past sports injuries to deal. She's licensed and is totally up on her training and certifications.
Hands down best massage of my life. Selena was very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to tell what areas were bothering me, how they were affecting me, and gave me tips for stretches to do at home.
