I have been seeing Sam for deep tissue and lifting therapy, and honestly, no one comes close. I’ve had chronic tension and tightness from training and stress, and every time I leave a session, I feel like a completely different person. Sam is very knowledgeable and personable. Did great work with thoroughness and addressed my specific needs and was quick to formulate a different plan when informed of different circumstances for which the massage was needed. Definitely recommend!
Had my first visit with Sam today. I’m no stranger to soft tissue work being done after 20 years of playing Baseball & Softball. I was in a major car accident 2 months ago, and PT wasn’t doing much to address what I knew was needed to be done. Sam has 100% set me in the direction of recovery. Once I get cleared to have chiro done, checking in with Sam on a regular basis until I’m back to 100% will be my plan.
