Besides an excellent targeted massage, Sam also described home management techniques & tricks. Using his medley of tips set the stage for me to create one more trick, using all of them to stop left gluteus medius pain along with associated left upper back pain. There's been no chiropractor or massage visits needed for months and counting. And when I do need help again, it'll be straight back to Sam. Thank you, Sam.
