Kim carefully explains each element of an exercise to be sure it is performed correctly. She is warm, attentive, and responsive. I always feel stronger and healthier after a Pilates class with her.
I took an introductory Pilates class with Kim Butters and felt immediate relief. I especially loved how well she walked me through Pilates, gently explaining the process to me so that I was both learning and relaxing at the same time. I am looking forward to my future sessions with Kim, Mathew, Liza, and the rest of her team.
