Wonderful experience! Donna is so nice and very knowledgeable about massage, crystals, energy and chakras. The massage in the salt cave was amazing. I feel so relaxed and refreshed. Will definitely be back.
I’ve had several wonderful experiences at BodyWorks Wellness Studio. The space is beautiful and everyone who works there is an absolute pleasure. The Custom Massage is extremely relaxing and left me feeling refreshed and renewed.
100% recommend this wonderful place! I have been here twice so far and am so excited for the next time. What a hidden GEM!!! If you do not frequent Crystal Street in East Stroudsburg, I HIGHLY encourage you to book a service here! I had an Ionic Foot reflexology service… I love having my feet massaged since as a hairstylist, I am on my feet all the time …but this was a really unique service as my feet were first placed in a bath of Water that uses an ionization process to help draw out impurities through the soles of your feet! 1st experience with sound bath meditation From the moment the session began, Ulisa made the space feel safe, welcoming, and sacred, taking time to explain what to expect and inviting clear intentions for the sound bath. Her energy is calm, compassionate, and reassuring, which allowed for complete relaxation and trust throughout the experience. I do not meditate regularly. This was very relaxing physically and mentally! Thank you Ulisa! Highly recommend!
