After my knee replacement I was becoming quite disheartened by the ongoing swelling. What makes Jo different is that she hasn't given up on me when others have. She listens, genuinely cares and continues to work with me to improve my condition. Whether or not progress is immediate, I always leave knowing she is invested in helping me achieve the best possible outcome. That level of care is rare and greatly appreciated.
Wouldn't go back booked online for a relaxation "massage" lymphatic drainage "massage," only got a 5 min back rub, rest was emmett therapy, wasn't what I booked for, then she proceeded to leave the room twice, for a good 10mins,never heard of this when you book for the 1 hr massage, definitely didn't charge me accordingly. That's a big nope for me. Maybe they should change the booking side of it and take out the "massage" side of it because there was definitely none of that involved.
