Holly was very thorough and professional. She was awesome at finding all of the points I had built up tension in. She was knowledgeable about how tightness can form in certain muscles, and told me how to help keep them from becoming rigid again. So far she has been a great boost to my chiropractor visits to help me get walking correctly again.
