A very welcoming and calming environment. Jovaughn was very knowledgeable and made me feel super at ease and comfortable. He tailored everything to exactly what I needed. Excellent results.
Andrew was incredible. He listened to me and understood all of the issues that I was having. I so very much appreciated him discussing the various muscles , functions and connections to the rest of the body as he was massaging me. Extremely knowledgeable, I really appreciated the education that I got from him. It was helpful to understand why I was having so much pain in certain areas other than just a blanket "work stress." I always try to see Ben when I go (he’s amazing!). He always takes my concerns and different areas of stress into account during the session to ensure that I get the most out of the 60 minutes. I've always supported the Bodyworks model of having the benefits of the massage extend beyond the hour I'm there as opposed to other massages where you feel relaxed but only temporarily. I truly feel like I am getting relief from pain and discomfort that come from the stresses of daily life.
Bodyworks is amazing. I feel like I was heard on my pain points and they were addressed even in one visit. Andrew was extremely professional, knowledgeable and explained everything very well. I’ll def be going back.
A massage was long overdue. Ben listened, i was able to verbalize problematic areas, & those are the areas & referring areas he focused on. I left with my hip joints relaxed, instead of stiff
