The atmosphere at Bodywork Connections is peaceful and relaxing and the staff make you feel comfortable as soon as you arrive. The massages reduce pain, increase range of motion, and reduce stress. Sessions are for the full time indicated, not like at many places where a 60 minute massage is really 45- 50 minutes to allow for changing out and back into clothing. Sara Toogood at Bodywork Connections is just TOO TOO GOOD!!!!! She is an extremely personable lady that loves life and loves her job and wants to HELP YOU feel better!!! Get the deep tissue massage...she is AWESOME!! My husband and I go every year for the couple's Valentine's Day Special---chocolates, flowers, one hour massage!! CANNOT BE BEAT! It is the WHOLE package and you choose what type massage you want/need. The only drawback is only one Sara....so we have to rotate who gets her each year!! GO! It is a MUST!!!!!! :-)
