I have been very pleased with my experiences at Bodywork by Sophia. I was looking for bodywork that included energy work and spiritual/intuitive components woven in. Sophia has a quality of being both grounding and etheric- and I find myself able to relax, trust, and feel safely held in the container of our sessions. First 5 min of my initial session and I just had to rebook! Not an ordinary massage. I felt caring, compassion, and gentleness like a mother would pick up a sleeping baby. Sophia's techniques are somewhat hypnotic and I forget all my troubles on her table. I am very picky about the energy and bodywork I receive. I know how special her work is because I am also a massage therapist and Reiki Master. May your session feel as good as mine do.
