Highly recommended going to Christina! As a full time dancer I was struggling with feeling tight and sore but after a session with Christina I felt such a huge difference in my flexibility and movement. I felt such a difference at dance and even in my daily life.

Christina is a miracle worker! I went to see her after my knee was not improving after a netball knee injury. My knee hurt going down steps, I was limping and my knee was clicking. Now, two days after my session with Christina, I have stopped limping, my knee has stopped clicking and I’m going up and down stairs with ease. I highly, highly recommend Christina!!!
