Brighton’s in-person Breathwork Classes are wonderful, highly recommend! Whether you’re a seasoned wellness junkie or you’re adverse to “woo-woo” stuff, his classes are welcoming and beneficial to anyone.
I have gotten massage from Brighton as well as attended one of his breathwork classes. In both settings Brighton was incredibly kind, connected and knowledgable. I felt great after my massage!
