I had a massage appointment with Nathan Brown this evening and I just wanted to contact you all and compliment him. I felt relaxed and welcome from the second he greeted me in the waiting room, he has a kind and has a warm spirit! This was my third massage at your business and I look forward to coming back.
I had a wonderful experience with Sara Steffens! She was very kind and gave a great massage. She helped release tension I had in my upper back which has made me much more relaxed. I've always enjoyed my message experiences with BodyWork Associates and appreciated Sara's expertise this time around.
The massage I had was great. However, upon entering the establishment, I did not feel very welcomed. It was my first time there and it quickly became apparent that they have regulars, who seem to get the most attention. That's fine, but in my opinion, providing great customer service to new customers is the way to get them to return. I will not be returning. Unfortunate.
