I stumbled across Jake’s profile through Instagram. Been going back to him on a regular basis. He is amazing and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions/concerns and what I can do for self care. Highly recommend Jake. Extremely professional and well worth it!!

Jake has been helping me work through a lot of mental and physical tension, as well as fibromyalgia, with his targeted myofascial approach. He is calm, communicative, and understanding. The space is relaxing and practical, and scheduling is easy. I am pretty new to having bodywork done, but it has been helpful to pair this treatment with my PTSD care.
