I had my first massage with Erin this past week. (not first massage ever, but first with Erin) I was completely wound up after a long couple of weeks of packing up a house. Within a very short time, I was as relaxed, both in body and mind. It was absolutely serene. I highly recommend BodyWise to anyone who is looking for work that goes deeper than the skin.
Erin Sweeney is incredible! Bodywise Wellness is an amazing healing center with caring and dedicated staff. I get so much more than a massage when I come to this wonderful place!
Erin is one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever known. I’ve seen her through three pregnancies and postpartum, as well as long after the postpartum period. She’s incredibly knowledgeable about the body and how it connects with the mind , has very responsive touch, and is a fount of knowledge about pregnancy. She is always calming to talk to. I highly recommend seeing her (whether you’re pregnant or not)!
