Nothing but amazing service at Body Viva! I have been coming here for over a month now and Isha has been so great with releasing all the tension I had on my shoulders and back. I've been going to Robert at Bodyviva for years, and when he became unavailable due to other commitments, its hard to find someone else you trust since Rob sets the bar very high... and Isha at Bodyviva did not disappoint. She has proven to show she knows what she's doing and the fact she offers dry needling as well gives me confidence in her abilities to help solve my physiological issues. Great service, friendly staff.

I highly recommend Isha at BodyViva to help you with your physiotherapy needs. She listens to you and is genuinely warm, kind and very knowledgeable. Isha was able to provide treatment for my knee that has me back to where I wanted to be. 🙂

I am so glad I came in to see Isha. She was absolutely lovely and very professional. My lower back had been sore for months and within a week I was so much more mobile and comfortable. The exercises were easy to follow to keep me on the road to recovery. I’m confident I’ll be back to 100% soon.

I have recently been attending Body Viva for a painful trigger finger and just general pain in my right hand due to the requirements of my work. I was introduced to Isha on my first visit and she was an absolute pleasure to deal with.
