I had to undergo knee reconstruction surgery on the other side of the world, and to be honest, I wasn’t feeling very confident at first. Jack has been absolutely amazing — patient, flexible, and incredibly supportive. Over the past four months, he’s made a difficult recovery so much more manageable. He’s highly professional, but also knows how to keep things light and fun, creating exercises tailored to my needs and abilities. I’m truly grateful for his help and can’t recommend him enough.

Fantastic team of people work here. I was really struggling with neck and shoulder pain where it felt completely locked. I called a lot of physios and asked for help, this company listened and squeezed me in at short notice, generally really care about their patients and I would recommend them to my family and friends before going anywhere else.

I had a horrific fall from a young horse almost 4 weeks ago. A CT reveled multiple soft tissue injuries and numerous hematoma's. I've been fortunate enough to be under the amazing care of Ash and Isha and less than 4 weeks later I'm almost walking normally again! Everyone cannot believe how quick my recovery time has been and it's all thanks to my lovely Physios and their amazing dedication to their craft! I started going here recently and I am so happy I did, Ash is an amazing physiotherapist, she is so understanding and educated, she really just wants to get to the issue and figure out the best way to to get results that improve quality of life and has been looking after my mother to! The reception staff are lovely to! I look forward to future visits here :)
