Moved interstate and started seeing Jack the physio. Very smart and caring for my plight, has already helped me a great deal and I feel looked after. Very friendly at BodyViva. Recommend highly.

Be aware that a Physiotherapist as good as Jack is very hard to find! He is extremely professional and trustworthy - from my first appointment, I knew I was in safe hands and would get an outstanding result. I had a knee replacement and Jack gave me both the physical and mental encouragement I needed to get back to “normal”. I would highly recommend Jack to anyone needing a Physiotherapist.

I had to undergo knee reconstruction surgery on the other side of the world, and to be honest, I wasn’t feeling very confident at first. Jack has been absolutely amazing — patient, flexible, and incredibly supportive. Over the past four months, he’s made a difficult recovery so much more manageable. He’s highly professional, but also knows how to keep things light and fun, creating exercises tailored to my needs and abilities. I’m truly grateful for his help and can’t recommend him enough.

Jack spent time questioning me and listened to me about my circumstances. His approach is very hands on with a great amount of knowledge and a sense of humour. He helped me to get back my mobility with exercises that suited my age and lifestyle. However, he didn’t know who the Doobie Brothers are! Just as well he’s a fantastic physio. Thank you Jack

Back pain was the reason I first attended bodyviva. The pain had improved and the mobility also, but not just that. The wonderful staff are always so welcoming and supportive. Give them a go!
