It's a welcoming place. I liked the way Ashmita treated my right shoulder. She's professional, knowledgeable, caring, and friendly. Even after just two weeks, I feel very supported in my recovery.

Service is amazing and I would highly recommend! I started going to BodyViva to treat a longterm shoulder injury. Ashmitha worked with me and she was able to diagnose the injury straight away and within a short space of time, with her treatment and the exercises provided, my shoulder made a full recovery and it has improved my quality of life. She is very passionate about her work and cares for her patients, frequently checking in. Best in the business!
I’ve been seeing Isha for almost two months after surgery, and I couldn’t recommend her more. She has helped me slowly rebuild my strength and confidence, always making sure I was progressing at the right pace. I went from struggling to bend down and pick things up off the floor to getting back to lifting weights and my normal gym routine. She’s so friendly, knowledgeable and encouraging, and has made such a big difference to my recovery. I’m so grateful for all her help!
