I had a one hour relaxation massage with Kate. Some nights it takes me hours to get to sleep, but after having my massage at 3 pm I was in bed at 7 pm and asleep in 10 minutes. It was the best night sleep I have had in months. I am booked in again next week for another one hour massage. Kate is the most caring person I have ever met.
