I have nothing but good things to say about this clinic. I came in with a sprained ankle and saw Hans (RMT). He’s incredibly skilled and knows what he’s doing. He worked alongside the David (acupuncturist), and together they were professional, attentive, and genuinely focused on helping me heal. My ankle has improved significantly thanks to their care. This place 5-star rating is why I originally decided to try - I'm thinking it must be good. But as it turns out, it's not all good as the customers rated. There is more than one massage therapists - so, this is my experience with just only one of them. I arrived around 5:20 pm for 5:45 pm appointment. At 5:45, the massage therapist was talking to a woman client, which is fine as long as it'll be 1 hour whenever my massage starts.
