I saw Tamar for a long-standing problem with a knee. She did a thorough assessment, explained the problem and the rehab plan, and used a mix of manual therapy and targeted exercises. The pain and stability improved to normal over some weeks. Professional, evidence-based, and attentive. Then I joined the Pilates class, which is both fun and helpful. Apparently you *can* do core exercises while giggling!
Tamar and bodysync are absolutely brilliant ,i couldn't ask for a better physio. I had plantar fasciitis before the Manchester marathon ,and if it wasn't for Tamar I wouldn't have been able to do this thank you so much.
