This was 2nd visit to Bodyspace , 45 mins on the roller to help my muscles, 45 mins in the warm pod followed by 45 mins in the boots for lymphatic drainage. For me personally I find it all very relaxing, Iām healing my body from aches and stiffness from day. Today Iām feeling a lot more looser with my muscles & feeling so much more relaxed. Thank you Chelsea for being the calm & helpful person you are.Ā

Highly recommend this place. I felt full of energy and less sluggish after going here. Chelsea is amazing and takes the time to explain how all the machines work . I will be going back for sure ā¤ļøĀ
