I’ve been going to Helen for pregnancy massage throughout my pregnancy. She is an excellent masseuse with a good understanding of the pregnant body. Helen creates a relaxed environment and it has helped me to feel relaxed during my pregnancy.
Helen is an excellent massage therapist who has been helping me a lot with the back pain I experience from my scoliosis (curvature of the spine). She is a kind, engaging and caring person with loads of valuable experience. I would gladly recommend her to anyone.
I always feel like a different person after my massage visit. Helen’s got the necessary skills to target specific knots, and release the tension in my neck and shoulders. Totally relaxed atmosphere, well worth a visit ☺️
