This is a great local gym with all the things I need to stay on track with my fitness! Elisa is very knowledgeable, thoughtful and eager to help. Highly recommend for anyone in the north Greenville/Spartanburg county area!

Elisa is a great pilates instructor. I worked with her about a year, she's amazing!
I've been a member here since late 2019. Small gym, but has all the equipment you need. It's a locally owned small business and the owner Elisa is very personable and responsive. It has 24 hour access, with cardio, free weights, and machines. There's also a room for pilates, stretching, yoga, etc. It's not an intimidating environment like other gyms, but more of a supportive and welcoming environment.
