I first went to Ellie a year ago upon a recommendation from a fellow cyclist. I was suffering from piriformis syndrome. I wasn’t getting any relief from a pain specialist so he suggested that I try acupuncture. After eight or so visits, I was finally getting some relief. I take yoga on Sunday's. She explains what we are doing and why. We also fully warm up our bodies which makes the different pose's easier to do. This class has helped me to keep moving and with my flexibility.
I enjoy going to yoga every Sunday. The group of women are awesome and I look forward to the stretches and meditation. Ellie is an excellent instructor! Thanks you so much! Namaste
