Lisha is amazing, always asks me what I would like worked on today and what my body image goals are and then she works her magic! I walk out of there feeling relaxed and energetic every time!!
I got a lymphatic drainage massage here and WOW. I can’t recommend it enough! I left feeling lighter, less bloated, and so relaxed. Lisha really takes her time to explain everything and you can tell she genuinely cares about your healing. Her technique is gentle but effective, and I could literally feel the difference right after the first session. The space is beautiful, peaceful, and has the best energy.
