Bowen therapy is absolutely amazing! Ive recently had a a few session and I can't honestly recommend it enough. The treatment was incredibly relaxing, and I felt a significant reduction in tension and pain. Manuela is full of knowledgeable and very attentive, making sure to address all my concerns. After only about 4 sessions, initially for agonising lower back pain, the evidence of how well these treatments are working for me showed up in my latest blood tests. Results are 3 months apart.Glucose from 6.2 to 5.4, thyroid 1.5 to .31( so low, had to decrease medication) cholesterol 6.1 to 3.5, vit d from 55 to 63.
