I have been a client of bodymanager for over 10 years. In this time Estelle has supported me through shoulder surgery, bowel surgery and achilles tendinitis using massage, scar work and Emmett therapy, along with lots of other health knowledge she's imparted. I went to Estelle because of work colleagues great recommendation. She was lovely and caring. I had a very bad shoulder muscle strain that was spreading pain from my shoulder blade up my neck to my head. I had limited movement and was feeling low. I highly recommend Estelle. Using a range of different modalities Estelle always has me leaving the clinic better than I walked in.
Estelle has been a favourite "go to" for me for fixing body aches and pains, using massage and alternative methods, kinesiology and Emmet Therapy. Fixing muscle and skeletal issues, Estelle is very knowledgeable about how the body works and ways things can be fixed without surgery and cortisone injections.
