Great gym for a casual visit - wide array of weight and cardio equipment, cool outdoor function trailing area. Not too busy and casual passes priced the same as other nearby gyms ($25)
Bodyworkz BB was great for holiday training while I was in the area. I went for several casual sessions. Staff were friendly and welcoming; good mix of equipment that was excellent for functional training; change rooms had full showers as well. Great vibe, great equipment, relaxed and convenient. Plenty of parking on site too. There’s also sauna, infrared etc that I didn’t get to use; prices for this were reasonable and with more time I’d have made use of them.
I would move to Byron Bay for this gym! Pauline was absolutely lovely on Reception and made sure I had everything I need. Can't believe the gym equipment! Lots of great machines, plenty of small to very large weights, ellipticals, bikes and treadmills and lovely out door area. Spacious, light and airy. Friendly and not a macho, sweat gym, but big weights for the weightlifters out there. Offstreet parking! Nice flat cycle or short drive from Byron. Do yourselves a favour and try this gym!
Great gym, with classes, and friendly staff. But what is really special is the selection of amazing nootropics they have to help you get through your workout. They have products for energy, as well for recovery.
This gym is fantastic! The equipment is top-notch, and the staff is super friendly. What really sets it apart is the incredible selection of supplements and nootropics available at the gym. They have a selection of savvy energy supplements to fuel up for an amazing workout. As well as the savvy calm range for recovery afterwards. I highly recommend this place!
