I had my first massage at Bodyharmonie and went home and booked another straight away. Lucy got to the places that have been causing mobility issues forever. So impressed
I have seen David McLaughlin occasionally for years, usually when I have done something stupid at the gym and caused myself an injury. He is a calm, wise, sympathetic practitioner and an absolute wizard at finding hotspots of tension that are pulling my overall posture out of shape and causing pain. I've seen other team members and they are equally skilled. Very happy to recommend David and the team at Body Harmonie. (And don't forget to grab a fresh fruit iced blend at Delish to rehydrate after your massage!)
