Physiotherapists are good but the reception service isn’t great as no one attends or returns calls.
very poor reception recently, ofcourse the physio's are amazing.
I have been seeing the physio Kenric for the last few months now due to back issues post motor vehicle accident! He has been amazing as when I started I could barely move my neck and was in extreme pain and now I’m back to the gym feeling like myself! The receptionist has been so welcoming everytime I come in she is so happy and always checking in to see how I’m feeling. She followed up all of my paperwork for me and even chased the insurance company to get me cleared for physio! I Can’t recommend body focus enough.
Amazing physio and staff at front are so helpful
Excellent experience with Kenric. Very polite and supportive. My neck and shoulders feel heaps better.
