The team at BodyCentral have helped transform my life. When I started PT I was so out of shape that even walking around the block or taking a flight of stairs was getting so difficult that I was refusing to even try. I am now able to use stairs without discomfort in my knees and my neuropathy pain has decreased in intensity. Furthermore, I've lost a few pounds and a few inches off my waist. Sam and the rest are wonderful. I highly, HIGHLY recommend this practice to anyone.
Erin is amazing! She helped me with Pelvic Floor Therapy. She has a lot of knowledge and her instructions are easy to follow. She was great in encouraging my progress.
I think Kaitlyn was one of the best. Also, we had some great conversations!
Doctor originally told me 2-3 months of recovery time. After coming here for a few days a week my recovery time shortened to month or less!!!
