Terrible experience here the other night - I left with bruises all on my neck and back. The therapist used extremely painful pressure without asking what I was comfortable with. I had to tell her to stop, and I left with bruises on my back. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I would not recommend this place at all.

I wanted to provide feedback on my appointment yesterday. This was my first time, with this place and the experience was very unsettling. I had specifically requested certain areas of my body to be worked on—while some were addressed, the majority of the session was spent on my lower body in a way that made me feel extremely uncomfortable. My lower body was fully exposed for extended periods, and on several occasions when the therapist left the room, the door was left partially open. Usually love this place but had a really poor experience the other night. The guy didn’t stop talking the whole time and the conversations were really weird. He told me about his gym experiences and how much he dislikes body odour. He also asked me to guess how much he weighs, and everytime I tried to dismiss the conversation he brought it up again. He was also doing accent impersonations which really was not relaxing. He made a joke about other massage therapists hitting their clients and said “I won’t hit you don’t worry” ... read more
